natHacks 2025 Standard Division Team Selection + Hardware Lending Form

Welcome to natHacks 2025!

This year, natHacks will be taking place in person at the University of Alberta. Participant teams will solve real-world problems within one of three themes: MedTech, EdTech, and EcoTech. 

Each participant must complete natHacks 2025 individual registration, prior to filling the form for Standard Divison Team Selection.

Team Requirements

  • Step 1

    All team members must be already registered for natHacks 2025 using the
    Hacker Registration Form.

    The registration deadline is October 25th.

  • Step 2

    All team members must have already visited the Luma page to complete registration by submitting payment information.

    Hacker fees are only charged upon acceptance. This fees covers your meals, snacks, and coffee throughout the hackathon.

  • Step 3

    All team members must have already been accepted and received a confirmation email.

    This email includes all key events information.

  • Step 4

    Finally, prior to filling the
    “Standard Divison Team Selection Form”,
    all team members must:

    Fill out the liability waiver emailed to them by November 4, 2025 and upload it here
